Taxi Zanker has a computer-supported central office which was specially developed for our purposes.
Our vehicles are also equipped with GPS that communicate with our central office. This technology benefits you as a customer because we are able to provide one of the next available vehicles as quickly as possible.
Terms and conditions
Pre-ordered trips are binding.
Cancellations for pre-ordered trips:
e.g. trips to the airport:
Cancellations to the airport have to be made at least 1 hour before departure so there are no costs. If no cancellation is made, the full fare will be charged.
e.g. airport pick-ups:
Pickups at the airport have to be cancelled 2 hours before scheduled landing so there are no costs. If no cancellation is made, the full fare will be charged.
